NOZZLE FOR WASHING THE SURFACE OF THE FILTER PAPER OF A WATER PURIFICATION PLANT

The present invention provides a nozzle for washing the surface of the filter paper of a water purification plant, wherein an open/shut portion is interposed between an inlet portion and an impeller such that the open/shut portion is opened when water pressure is generated by the inflow of wash water from the inlet portion to form a water flow channel, thus increasing water discharge efficiency under the same water pressure and effectively crushing and removing sludge from the surface of the filter paper during the washing of the filter paper of the water purification plant. The open/shut portion is shut when no wash water flows from the inlet portion and thus no water pressure is generated and no water flow channel is formed. This prevents sludge splashing from the surface of the filter paper from being introduced into a wash water supply pipe through a water outlet port during inverse washing of the filter paper.
