The covering has a partially transparent closure surface (21) arranged on an upper surface of a base layer by spacers (20) e.g. cylinders. A free space (22) formed between the closure surface and the base layer is partly filled with fluid i.e. silicon oil. The base layer includes an insulation layer (14) i.e. thermal insulation plate, as an isolation and/or thermal insulation layer. A sealing band (17) is arranged in a transition region between a sidewall (2) and a concrete floor (3). A grounding layer (16) and/or a cover layer (18) is made of epoxy resin. The closure surface is made of glass or plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a multilayered bottom covering.
