<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum communication apparatus capable of detecting an interference wave to avoid it even if the reception level of a desired wave is almost the same as the reception level of the interference wave or the reception level of the interference wave is higher. <P>SOLUTION: The spread spectrum communication apparatus is provided with a reception level detecting unit 4 for detecting the reception level of a reception signal and outputting the reception level; a demodulating unit 6 for performing the back-diffusion of the reception signal for a certain period, counting the predetermined number of acquired correlation values, and outputting the count result; and a determining unit 9 for comparing the reception level with a threshold (b) of the reception level, and comparing the count result of the correlation value with a threshold (a) of the correlation value upon receiving the reception level and reception information as the count result of the correlation value, thereby determining whether or not the reception signal is an interference wave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
