<p>The method involves building up of thigh and lower leg muscles of a training person. The training person fixes a leg in an attachment (33,34), which is fastened on a fixing plate (27). The fixing plate is arranged on a support plate (18), inclined at an angle. The other leg of the training person is free and it is supported by the training person on a holding frame with a hand and carries out high and low movements along longitudinal axis of the training person body. The longitudinal axis of the training person body is vertical to the level of the support plate. An independent claim is also included for a training device for building up the diagonal muscles movement of a training person.</p> |
