<p>PURPOSE: A haptic feedback providing device and a haptic feedback providing method using the same are provided to offer skin sensation and muscle sensation at the same time, thereby offering haptic feedback as same as feeling when in fact touching an object. CONSTITUTION: A skin sense unit(30) includes an upper plate(110) contacted with a skin of a user, a vibrator(130) which is included in a lower part of the upper plate and occurs vibration, and the first electrical application unit applied power to the vibrator. A muscle sense unit(40) includes a case accepting rheological fluid, a rotating unit, and the second electrical application unit applied power to the case. The rotating unit includes an inside film partly included in the rheological fluid and the upper plate. A muscle sensation is included in a lower part of the skin sense unit. A control unit controls the first and the second electrical application unit.</p> |
