OLIGONUCLEOTIDE COMPLEX COMPRISING AN IMMUNOGLOBULIN FC FRAGMENT

PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide complex in which an oligonucleotide and immuneglobulin Fc domain are bound by a covalent bond is provided to highly maintain in vivo activity of oligonucleotide and to enhance blood half-life. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide complex comprises oligonucleotide and immunoglobulin Fc domain which are bound by a covalent bond. The complex additionally comprises a non-peptide linker between oligonucleotide and immunoglobulin Fc domain. A method for preparing the complex comprises: a step of binding a non-peptide linker with oligonucleotide amine group by a covalent bond; a step of isolating a connector containing oligonucleotide which is bound with a non-peptide linker at one end; and a step of binding the other end of a non-peptide linker in the isolated connector with immunoglobulin Fc domain by a covalent bond. A pharmaceutical composition for treating autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases contains the complex.
