APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A CHANNEL MATRIX FOR OFDM

PURPOSE: By being created the channel matrix used to the equalization of the OFDM system by using the interpolation coefficient of the frequency domain and channel estimation value the OFDM channel matrix formation apparatus and method can improve the complexity of the channel matrix generating process. CONSTITUTION: In the input unit(100), the OFDM channel estimation value is inputted. The modulus conversion part(200) changes the time domain interpolation coefficient getting with the IFFT conversion of the channel estimation value into the frequency zone interpolation coefficient. The matrix element operation unit(300) obtains channel matrix elements by using the frequency zone interpolation coefficient from the channel estimation value from the input unit and modulus conversion part.
