PURPOSE: A water pressure supply device for a vibrationless rock cutting device is provided to maintain a compact structure by removing separate equipment for pressurizing. CONSTITUTION: A water pressure supply device for a vibrationless rock cutting device comprises a two-way diverter valve, a cylinder(300) and a unit rock cutter(700). The two-way diverter valve is a pump mounted on an oil tank(100). The two-way diverter valve re-circulates oil using an oil pressure increasing device(200) to a target pressure. The cylinder comprises a first and a second chamber. The first and the second chamber are partitioned by a piston. Pressure oil is provided to the first chamber in relative big volume from the two-way diverter valve. The unit rock cutter receives water pressure by being connected to the second chamber of the cylinder. The unit rock cutter has a drain valve.
