PURPOSE: A binding set is provided to prevent the contents of an article from being mixed by maintaining the center of a handle and to enable a user to conveniently carry the article by combining the article with the binding set for a long time without pain due to the handle which is made of a plastic material. CONSTITUTION: A binding set comprises: a band which is accumulated into a roll shape; a loop which is rolled in a hook(41a) shape and has a penetration hole(44); a first ring piece(51) which is a hollow cylinder and form a flange; a second ring piece(52) which is inserted into the cylinder; and a handle(30) has a crossed shape and includes cut-outs(33a,34a) and pieces(31a,31b,32a,32b). A width packed band(10) and a length packed band(20) are obtained by cutting the band.
