<p>PURPOSE: A grapheme-contained solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve efficiency by regulating a semiconductor property through a simple nano-patterning process. CONSTITUTION: Graphene(40) is introduced in a solar cell module in order to form a stacked unit(20). A through hole and a supporting unit(120) are located on the lower side of the stacked unit. A honeycomb structure of an array is formed on the lower side of the supporting unit. An upper electrode(200) and a lower electrode(220) are attached on the upper side and the lower side of the array, respectively.</p> |
