PURPOSE: A fixing jig for machining a head unit of a pin for a mold is provided to improve a yield rate of production by removing a production time. CONSTITUTION: A fixing jig for machining a head unit of a pin for a mold comprises through-holes, expanded grooves(13), moving pieces(14), a fastening bolt(15), and a spring. Four penetration holes are formed on a plane of a main body(11) in Y-axis direction and X-axis at regular intervals in two rows. The expanding groove is connected to the top end part of the penetration hole. The moving piece is placed in the expanding groove. The moving piece linearly slides and fixes the pin. The fastening bolt is engaged from both sides of the clamping bolt through the screw hole. The spring is inserted in the clamping bolt, and is coupled in the transmission piece. |
