CONSTITUTION: A fish luring system for underwater conduction includes: a main body of fish collector(10) which has a plurality of connection ports and a transparent window and in which a camera and a lamp are installed; a cross bar(20) which is removably combined to the connection port of the main body; and a vertical rod(30) which is waterproof-processed. The cross bar is combined with an adjustment vane(40) revolving according to the tide and the velocity of moving water.
