摘要 The invention relates to machine-building and can be used in drives for transfer of power loads with gear ratios up to 300. A planetary reducer has a body with central gear wheel installed in it, with inner teeth, fixed by means of fixation elements parallel to axis and pressed to lug of the body by cover, an output shaft installed in the body on bearing assembly, a cylindrical high speed shaft mounted in bearing assemblies of cover and output shaft, two kinematically connected to output shaft satellites with outer teeth that form multiple-tooth contact with respective inner teeth of central gear wheel, with small difference of teeth number as with that one, eccentric bushings installed on high-speed shaft in plane of eccentricity on pins, separated by spacer plates from bearing assemblies of high-speed shaft and placed in satellites through bearings, and tightening elements. In the reducer power ring is installed, buckets with threaded ends elements and circular supports, two cylindrical carriers, each with circular collar at one end and threaded end element – at the other, those are placed in parallel to axis of reducer. Satellites are installed in opposite in diameter positions and separated with plate, on the cover cylindrical lug is provided, and section of output shaft placed in front of satellite is arranged as disc. In each satellite through openings are provided – two in plane of eccentricity (radial and round ones) and four round ones, placed uniformly. A power ring is installed on cylindrical lug of the cover through bearing assembly and is rigidly connected to disc part of output shaft by means of nuts and buckles that go through round openings in satellites, and each carrier is installed in parallel to axis of reducer with support by collar at disc section of output shaft, it interacts with walls of radial opening of one satellite, goes through round opening in other satellite and is fixed with nut to power ring. The plate between satellites is installed to high-speed shaft between eccentric bushings, width of radial openings of satellites is equal to diameter of carrier, and height is larger than diameter of carrier by two dimensions of eccentricity, and key slots on high-speed shaft are arranged as opposite in diameter in plane of eccentricity.
