PURPOSE: A door scuff for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to restrict the infiltration of moisture and dust into a support plate by improving airtight seal of a through part for passing light. CONSTITUTION: A door scuff for a vehicle comprises a support plate(10), a film layer(14), and a light transmission layer(16). The support plate has a through part(12) for forming all kinds of figures. The film layer is installed in the support plate so as to fill up the through part wholly. The light transmission layer is installed on the rear side of the film layer.
