SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A solid image-taking apparatus and an electronic appliance are provided to reduce the number of pixel-transistors per one pixel by forming a photodiode array with 2 pixels wide and 4xn pixels long for each sharing unit. CONSTITUTION: Four reading-gate electrodes(221 to 228) are arranged to the vertical direction of a pixel part. A first configuring part(23) and a second configuring part(25) include one floating diffusion. An amplifying transistor(Tr3) is located between the first configuration part and the second configuration part. Reading wirings(261 to 268) are connected with each reading gate electrodes. A reset wiring(27) is connected with the reset gate electrode of a reset transistor.
