PURPOSE: A board cutting apparatus is provided to cut a board at the desired angle using an inclination adjusting unit which guides a side of a cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A board cutting apparatus(100) comprises holding units(110) and an inclination adjusting unit(120). When a plate shaped workpiece(200) is located between the holding units, the holding units move to the desired angle viewing from above and hold the workpiece inclined. The inclination adjusting unit is connected to the holding unit and pulls the holding units toward the workpiece so as to firmly hold the workpiece. A cutting unit(140) has a saw blade(142). The inclination adjusting unit supports and guides a side of the cutting unit to cut the workpiece at the desired angle.
