The device (90) has a rigid metal bar (21) and another rigid metal bar respectively connected with an angular displacement mechanism (6) and another angular displacement mechanism. A coupling part (30) connects the bars and has a housing (31) having a functional clearance authorizing rotation of the former bar around an articulation axis (Y) in the housing between two extreme angular positions. The housing is provided with elastic return units to elastically return the former bar with respect to the latter bar towards a median angular position located between the extreme positions.
