The band (8) has a monofilament linkage and weft forming threads (16, 17) formed with a single-layer fabric tape, where diameter of the weft forming thread is greater than diameter of the linkage forming thread. The linkage forming thread and the weft forming thread are made of metal or synthetic polymer, where the diameter of the weft forming thread is greater than 0.5 mm, and the diameter of the linkage forming thread is lesser than 0.25 mm. A linkage and a weft are interwoven over a twill weave.
