PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus capable of preventing deterioration in the strength of an antenna mounting strut, an antenna mounting pillar or the like, without fail, and reducing the material cost and machining cost, and which is readily mounted. SOLUTION: Arm fixed rings 42 and 43 are inserted in the outer side of an antenna mounting strut 41, at a predetermined interval and fixed with set screws 44 and 45, respectively. Cover-mounting arms 46 and 47 are screwed in three tapped holes, disposed at equal intervals along the outer peripheries of the arm fixed rings 42 and 43, respectively. Round bar-like projecting parts 83 at the tips of the cover mounting arms are inserted in holes for positioning disposed in the antenna mounting strut 41, when the cover mounting arms 46 and 47 are screwed in the arm fixed rings 42 and 43. A radiator pillar 51, provided with a plurality of radiators 52, is inserted in the inside of the upper end of the antenna mounting strut 41 which is to be fixed by means of an adhesive. The radiator pillar 51 and the antenna mounting strut 41 are inserted in an antenna cover 61 from the upper end side, and the antenna cover 61 is mounted to the cover-mounting arms 46 and 47 with fixed screws 64 and 65.
