<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watching means for a cleaning process, etc., capable of being easily added to a conventional controlling unit or cleaning device by effectively utilizing the function of an automatic device for releasing a milking unit. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic device for releasing the milking unit includes a temperature sensor 107 and an electric conductivity sensor 108 installed in a milk-sending pipe, a controlling circuit, an inputting part and a memorizing means 102, wherein in the memorizing means 102, the standard values of temperatures, liquid quality and duration time used for the distinction of the cleaning process and quality decision for the same are housed, and the controlling circuit has the function of deciding the cleaning process performed presently as a result of comparing the outputs of the temperature sensor 107 and electric conductivity sensor 108 with standard values, and the function of deciding the quality of the cleaning function by whether the state that the outputs of the temperature sensor 107 and electric conductivity sensor 108 satisfy the standards, continues for a prescribed time or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
