SOLUTION: A lid 53 for closing an opening 2A of a transmission case 2 is provided with a plurality of control valves 36, 38, 39, 48-50, and oil channels 28, 30, 32, 34, 41, 51, 52 corresponding to the control valves 36, 38, 39, 48-50 are formed in the lid 53. In the hydraulic structure of a working vehicle having the above construction, the lid 53 has an integrally formed valve body 36A of at least one control valve 36 among the multiple control valves 36, 38, 39, 48-50.
