摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the uniformity of an RF magnetic field by a multi-channel transmission while ensuring the flexibility in the activity situation of a coil for transmission/receipt. SOLUTION: An RF coil unit 6c is formed into an array type having a plurality of coil elements. A transmitting section 7 forms an RF pulse which is fed to the RF coil unit 6c in order to superimpose a high frequency magnetic field on a static magnetic field and a gradient magnetic field. A receiving section 9 detects a magnetic resonance signal generated in a subject 200 by the working of the static magnetic field, the gradient magnetic field and the high-frequency magnetic field by using the RF coil unit 6c. A main control section 17 decides the position and the gradient in each static magnetic field of the plurality of coil elements. The main control section 17 and the transmitting section 7 regulate the amplitude and the phase of the RF pulse which is fed to each of the plurality of coil elements in order to increase the uniformity of the high-frequency magnetic field according to the decided position and the gradient.
