PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively perform a key operation that is performed prior to a call arrival, and to respond to the call arrival in user intended timing. SOLUTION: A mobile phone includes: a time measuring means for measuring a preset predetermined time; an within-time pressing detection means for detecting pressing of any key during operation of the time measuring means; a specific response means for responding to a call arrival through any other specific operation than normal key pressing; and an any-key-answer means for shifting to a response method by any-key-answer after the lapse of the predetermined time.
