PURPOSE: A roasting apparatus is provided to improve the flavor of meat by installing a charcoal case storing a material emitting incense in the lower part of a grill. CONSTITUTION: A roasting apparatus comprises a container-shaped charcoal case(100), a grill(200) which is installed in the opened top of the charcoal case and wherein vent holes(210) are arranged with a fixed interval, and a joining member(300) which includes a first and a second members(310,320). The first member is protruded from the bottom center of the charcoal case and forms screw threads in the inner side of the first member. The second member is protruded downward from the bottom center of the grill and forms screw threads in the outer side of the second member. The second member is fixed and coupled with the first member.
