PURPOSE: A wired and wireless paging system and an operating method thereof are provided to manage by interlocking a cellular phone or an extension phone with a page phone. CONSTITUTION: A system server(120) permits only access about a registered cellular phone. A wired and wireless paging interface(140) are connected through the system server to the registered cellular phone accessed to the system server. Page phones(151-153) is connected to the wired and wireless paging interface. Speakers(161-163) is connected to the page phones.
