<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station apparatus and a wireless communication method, in which a receiving characteristic is not degraded, even if increased in user multiplex numbers of an incoming control channel signal. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication method includes: a transmitting step of transmitting an uplink control channel signal including a reference signal, orthogonally multiplexed between users in a mobile terminal device; a receiving step of receiving the incoming control channel signal in the wireless base station apparatus; and a demodulating step of using maximum likelihood detection to demodulate the uplink control channel signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
