<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device and a support method, for rapidly and accurately preparing a real estate-related document based on obtained real estate registration information. <P>SOLUTION: A character string of information not needing entry into the real estate registration-related document and a character string of information that is a deletion item on registration of a plurality of character strings constituting the real estate registration information are removed from the official real estate registration information obtained by designating a real estate. The character strings of the real estate registration information after removal processing is performed are divided into character strings of item names of registration items and character strings of information peculiar to the real estate corresponding to the item names, are associated with two-dimensional codes generated by a two-dimensional code generation means based on the respective character strings, are laid out on a sheet, and are output.
