PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device capable of easily installing an air conditioning device body in safety by temporarily fixing the air conditioning device body without fail, and simultaneously having a double anti-drop structure. SOLUTION: This air conditioning device includes the air conditioning device body disposed at an outdoor side of an opening section of a ceiling member, and provided with a body flange section along an inner peripheral edge of the opening section, on an indoor-side end face, and a mounting frame having a frame-shaped frame flange section disposed in a state of being kept into contact with an indoor-side face of the inner peripheral edge, and having a screw hole for fixing the air conditioning device body. A hook section is disposed on the frame flange section of the mounting frame, a rotatable temporary fixing bracket for screwing and fixing the air conditioning device body to the mounting frame, is disposed on the body flange section, the temporary fixing bracket of the body flange section is rotated, and a mounting screw is engaged with the screw hole of the frame flange section through a hole formed on the temporary fixing bracket and a hole formed on the body flange section at a position where the temporary fixing bracket is engaged with the hook section of a hook bracket, thus the air conditioning device body is fixed to the mounting frame.
