PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pack packaging bag for drinking water, which can maintain a fresh state at the first stage of filling for a long time without degrading the flavor of an extraction liquid such as a tea or a coffee or the like which is co-filled together with a filter bag for enclosing an extraction element. SOLUTION: The double pack packaging bag comprises a flexible packaging bag in which a flat filmlike check nozzle 1, which produces check function to prevent open air from invading into the bag by close adhesion between films when a liquid material is present in a spouting passage formed between piled flexible laminated plastic films, is provided projectingly on an edge of a packaging bag body 2 composed of the flexible laminated film and the filter bag enclosing the extraction element such as the tea, the coffee or a fruit which is stored in the flexible packaging bag under airtightness together with a liquid filled and sealed in the liquid.
