PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for correcting rotation balance which enables reduction of system cost and improvement of productivity. SOLUTION: The system corrects the rotation balance of a high-speed rotation body by performing corrective working of a correcting object part installed in a rotating shaft of the high-speed rotation body. The system includes a motor to which a drill for correction of the correcting object part is fitted, a positioning unit which performs positioning of the tip of the drill for correction, a control part which controls a state of rotation of the motor and positioning by the positioning unit, and a motor driving measuring part which generates a drive signal for the motor according to the control of the control part and also measures the state of rotation of the motor. The control part moves the tip of the drill for correction toward the correcting object part, while rotating the drill for correction, determines contact of the tip of the drill with the correcting object part, based on a torque of the motor contained in the result of measurement of the motor driving measuring part, and moves the tip of the drill in accordance with a necessary amount of correction, starting from the position at which the contact is determined.
