PURPOSE: A probe unit for panel test is provided, which is aligned with the panel accurately and can prevent the bunt. CONSTITUTION: A TCP block(TCP) is installed on the bottom surface of a manipulator, has the same shape with a lead lines of a corresponding panel and a pitch, and tests the panel by contacting with the lead lines of the panel after forming the probe lead line. A flexible printed circuit board(FPCB) transmits a test signal to the panel through the TCP block after being electrically connected to the rear end of the TCP block. |
