<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring apparatus and program that makes position measurement of an object in a simple structure, and also makes the position measurement with high precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This position measuring apparatus 300 is provided with: a camera 30 for imaging a barcode 10 attached to an object 100; and a computing device 40 that extracts four or more observation points from an image of the barcode 10 imaged by the camera 30, acquires positional information of the observation points from the barcode 10, and obtains the position of the barcode 10 on the basis of a positional relationship among the observation points and the positional information of the observation points so as to obtain the position of the object 100.
