<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication pole for a working section, which can be easily installed and removed, and which is used in an outdoor opening/closing location of a power plant etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This indication pole includes a pile 3 in which the first and second stoppers 4 and 5 are provided separately from each other, and a pipe-like pile 2 which makes the pile 3 inserted into a hole 7 provided in a bottom surface and which is arranged in such a manner as to be movable between the first and second stoppers 4 and 5. The indication pole is installed by inserting a leading end of the pile 3 into the ground and striking the bottom surface of the pipe-like pole 21 onto the first stopper 4 so as to make an impact. In removal, the indication pole can be removed by pulling the pipe-like pile 2 upward so as to make the bottom surface of the pipe-like pile 2 pull the second stopper 5.
