<p>PURPOSE: A device for attaching a sound absorbing material to a tire is provided to transfer the sound absorbing material to the inner part of the tire through a guide rail and to improve work efficiency by rotating the tire while pressurizing the tire using a pressing unit and automatically attaching the tire. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching a sound absorbing material to a tire comprises: a rotating table(10) in which a tire is rotatably fixed; a transfer conveyor(20) which consecutively transfers a sound absorbing material to the rotating table; a guide rail(30) which is installed between the rotating table and the transfer conveyor and transfers the sound absorbing material transferred from the transfer conveyor to the inner side of the tire; a pressing unit(40) which pressurize the sound absorbing material to be attached to the inner side of the tire; and a gripper which is fixed to one side bead portion of the tire.</p> |
