<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion module, by which a thermoelectric conversion module having high insulating characteristics and high density can be obtained without requiring alignment of the thermoelectric conversion element. The thermoelectric conversion module manufactured by such method is also provided. The method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion module (1) is provided with: a covering step of covering, with an insulating film (15), at least the surfaces of a p-type thermoelectric conversion element (3) other than surfaces (3a, 3b) which are to face electrodes and/or at least the surfaces of an n-type thermoelectric conversion element (4) other than surfaces (4a, 4b) which are to face the electrodes; and a step of superimposing the surfaces of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element (3) other than the surfaces (3a, 3b) which are to face the electrodes and the surfaces of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element other than the surfaces (4a, 4b) which are to face the electrodes, by having an insulating film (15) therebetween.</p> |
