PURPOSE: A control unit and a cooking device including the same are provided to omit a separate process of fixing a temperature sensor to a heat sink by fixing a heat sink on the bottom surface of a control housing and contacting a heat sink with a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: A control unit comprises a control housing(110), a substrate, a heat sink(150), and a temperature sensor. The substrate is installed inside the control housing. The heat sink is connected to the component installed in the substrate and is fixed to one side of the outside of the control housing. The temperature sensor is installed on the substrate, contacts the heat sink, and senses the temperature of the heat sink.
