PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger device of an electric vehicle capable of preventing electric shock to a child, an infant, and the like, due to mischief. SOLUTION: A power-receiving part 2 of an electric vehicle side connecting device is connected to a wiring connector 1, and an electric power is fed to an electric vehicle 3, thus the electric vehicle 3 is charged. There are provided a switch part 5 for opening/closing a conductive path of a voltage line which connects the wiring connector 1 to a charger power source 4; a vehicle detecting means 6 which is installed in a parking space for the electric vehicle 3; and a switch control part 7, which closes the switch part 5 when the vehicle detecting means 6 outputs a vehicle detection signal.
