<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric carpet having excellent energy saving performance due to heat insulating effects, achieving comfortable sitting, preventing flattening even when a load is applied for a long time and capable of maintaining stable cushion performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric carpet 1 comprises an electric carpet surface material layer 2, a wiring cloth layer 3, an intermediate cotton layer 4 and a lower material layer 5.
