<p>The present invention relates to a capacitive touchscreen panel and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the capacitive touch screen panel includes: first electrodes; second electrodes arranged near the first electrodes; an insulation layer which is arranged between the first electrodes and the second electrodes and includes CdOS, ZnOS, or compositions thereof; and wires connected to the firs electrodes. The present invention uses the CdOS, ZnOS, or composition thereof to form the insulation layer to increase the processing speed slowed by the low deposition rate and enables a high-transmission and low-resistance TSP pattern to be formed. Therefore the present invention can implement a large area touch sensor having the width of 3 to 100 inches.</p> |
