<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a product for transepithelial systemic delivery of a curative agent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method and a composition for the systemic delivery of a curative agent by administering an aerosol containing conjugates of the curative agent with an FcRn binding partner to the epithelium of central airways of the lung is provided. The method and a product (the composition) are adaptable to a wide range of curative agents, including proteins and polypeptides, nucleic acids, drugs, and others.
