<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus reutilizing a DPOF automatic print file recorded in a removable memory, while saving the labor of a user in changing the print size. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A situation is assumed that a previously recorded DPOF automatic print file is reutilized for a reduced image recorded in a CF card to designate a different print size anew. In this case, an original image presence determining program determines whether the image recorded in the CF card is the one converted from an image recorded in a built-in memory or not by referencing link information. When the image is the one converted therefrom, the original image presence determining program determines whether the original image is present in the built-in memory or not.
