<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the reception sensitivity of a receiver with short-time measurement under a simple measurement environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An object 4 to be measured is stored in a WBFC (a shield case) 1, and probes 2A, 2B are connected to a common mode point of the object 4 to be measured. Using a measuring instrument 5 such as a spectrum analyzer, a frequency spectrum of conduction noise transmitted through a ground electrode of the object 4 to be measured is measured.
