摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time to detect opening failure in determining the opening failure of a solenoid safety valve in fire extinction using a uniform threshold value while applying a low value, capable of being detected even in deterioration of a thermoelectric couple, as a prescribed value for detecting the opening failure, as the prescribed time is set long as a fire sensor requires time to be lower than the threshold value when the thermoelectric couple is normal. SOLUTION: A first threshold value V1 as a comparatively high value is set, and it is determined that fire is not extinguished when thermal electromotive force does not become lower than the threshold value V1 within a short prescribed time t1. However, in a case when the thermoelectric couple is deteriorated, the thermal electromotive force may be already lower than the first threshold value V1 in fire extinguishing operation, a second threshold value V2 lower than the first threshold value V1 is set, so that it is determined that the fire is not extinguished when the thermal electromotive force does not become lower than the threshold value V2 within a prescribed time t2 longer than the prescribed time t1.
