<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm occurrence of an error in a document file which is output processed on a screen for managing document files, from an icon display state of the document file. <P>SOLUTION: After output jobs generated by a driver 307 are output to an image forming apparatus 101, an output document management part 305 obtains IDs of jobs that ends in error in the image forming apparatus 101. An error job list is then created from the obtained job IDs and a job information list managed beforehand.
