<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider the length of a period for the generation of a link, where a Web page being an inspection object of reliability is a linked page, when determining the reliability of the Web page. <P>SOLUTION: The final update time of the Web page having the link, where the Web page p being the inspection object is the linked page, is acquired (S1, S2). The dispersion of the final update times is calculated (S3).
