<p>The method involves hydraulically connecting a heat exchanger (HK1) to a calorific value heat generator (WE) via a feed line (VL) and a return line (RL). An adjustable flow control valve (5) with a controllable volumetric flow rate is arranged between the heat exchanger and the feed line or the return line. Return temperature at the heat exchanger is detected, and the volumetric flow rate is controlled by the heat exchanger as a function of the return temperature. A circulatory composite system with heat transfer fluid is designed as a central heating system.
