PURPOSE: A power transfer device of a compressor is provided to prevent a bolt from being separated from a rotary shaft even if the vibration generated when a vehicle moves is transferred to a damper or a drive shaft rotates in the direction opposite to the bolt connecting direction. CONSTITUTION: A power transfer device of a compressor comprises a pulley(110), a damper(130), and a disc(160). A field coil(122) is arranged in the pulley. The damper surrounds one side of the drive shaft(102) installed passing through the axis hole of the compressor and includes an inner ring(131) and an outer ring(136). The inner ring is coupled to the drive shaft. The outer ring is connected to the inner ring by a shock-absorbing material(137) absorbing the shock which occurs when the power is delivered between the drive shaft and the pulley. The disc is selectively adhered to the friction surface(110') of the pulley by the absorptive magnetic flux of the field coil and is fixed to the outer ring of the damper. The damper is fixed to one end of the drive shaft by a bolt(140) and one side of the bolt is fixed by one or more snap rings(150). The snap ring is projected from one side of the inner ring and is installed in the boss(134) which is coupled to the drive shaft.
