<p>PURPOSE: A primer set for diagnosing arabis mosaic virus(ArMV) and a diagnosis method are provided to accurately diagnose ArMV infection of various plant and to minimize damage by ArMV. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for diagnosing ArMV comprises a forward primer and reverse primer. The forward primer selected from sequence numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4. The reverse primer is selected from sequence numbers 5, 7, and 8. A kit for diagnosing ArMV comprises the primer set and DNA fragment of sequence number 11.</p> |
