PURPOSE: A soundproofing panel with an excellent noise absorption effect is provided to reduce manufacturing and construction costs by simplifying the structure of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A soundproofing panel with an excellent noise absorption effect comprises a panel body(10), a sound absorbing plate(20), and a sound absorbing sheet(30). The front surface of the panel body is opened. The sound absorbing plate is coupled to the front surface of the panel body. The sound absorbing sheet compresses polyester fiber on the floor of the panel body. Sound absorbing holes(21,21') are continuously formed in the sound absorbing plate, and sound absorbing members(40,40') are formed in the rear surface of the sound absorbing plate.
