PLASTIC WATER PIPE USING METAL LATH AND THAT MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A plastic water and sewage pipe using metal laths and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve strength against internal and external pressure by inserting metal laths into a center layer of the plastic water and sewage pipe. CONSTITUTION: A plastic water and sewage pipe using metal laths is composed of a pipe unit(200) and a connector. A metal coil is supplied to the outer diameter of an inner pipe(210) and is connected to a connecting line through a connection part. Metal laths(10) are formed in a spiral shape and has forming holes. An outer pipe(220) is supplied to the outer surface of the metal laths. A cutting part is formed by eliminating the outer pipe of the pipe unit. The connector is integrally molded by welding a metal net(310) in the cutting part. The connector has a packing groove(330).
